Order Procedure 

Calculating Cost & Order Delivery Estimation

Shipping Fee will be calculated on the website automatically during Checkout charging based on your shipping postcode & quantity / weight of the items you are purchasing.

For Any Disputes

If your goods are lost on the journey, Pls inform us within 3 days. We will try to contact the logistics and apply for a refund(May not be fully claimed).

We do not entertain any disputes or complain after you received your shipment & past 7 days. Any disputes or complain past during this period is consider invalid.

For product Notification

We do let (M‘sia / HK / China) customer know via our whatsapp / email on the status of the product that has defects, out of stock or any other situation that may encounter. If customer do not respond within 2 days, all the option provided will be consider as void & auto refund to store credit. (The rest country) will refund store credit.

For backorder products, due to lack of raw materials, it may also be out of stock. If the production team may encounter any unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the customer within 1 week.
